Year Round Lessons

PREREQUISITES

• 4 months - 3 years
• 1 parent in the water
• Swim diaper required (available to purchase at pool)

COURSE GOALS

• This class introduces babies and toddlers to the fundamentals of swimming in a manner that they love and build their confidence. 

PREREQUISITES 

• 3+ years old
• No swimming experience  

COURSE GOALS

• Child will learn to be comfortable in the water alone with the instructor.
• Fast kicking
• Submersion and breath control
• Independent swim 5 yards.

PREREQUISITES

• 3+ years old
• Swim face down for 5 yards

COURSE GOALS

• Solidify body position and breath control.
• Pop-up breathing with 
• Pop-up breathing without fins for 12 1/2 yards
• Back floats

PREREQUISITES

• 3+ years old
• Swim without assistance taking 1-2 breaths for a distance of 12.5 yards

COURSE GOALS

• Freestyle with side breathing for 12 1/2 yards.
• Backstroke for 12 1/2 yards.
• Treading water for 1 minute

PREREQUISITES 

• 3+ years old
• Freestyle with side breathing for 12 1/2 yards.
• Backstroke for 12 1/2 yards.

COURSE GOALS

• Fine tune freestyle and backstroke
• Learn Breaststroke
• Learn Butterfly 

PREREQUISITES

• Swim 25 yards of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly 

COURSE GOALS

• Develop skills to prepare students for a swim team
