Swim programs for every level!

Adult Workout Class

Days/Times: Tuesdays 8–9am & Fridays 6–7pm
Price: $100/month (two hours per week included, flexible attendance)


Our Adult Workout Class is a group-based swim conditioning program for adults (18+). Each session includes warm-ups, drills, main sets, and cool-downs. Practices are structured but adaptable, so swimmers can tailor workouts to their own pace and goals. A coach is on deck to guide, motivate, and group swimmers by speed for efficient lane sharing.


Who it’s for: Adults who can swim continuous laps in a 25-yard pool and want to improve fitness, endurance, or technique in a supportive group setting. Perfect for both newer swimmers and seasoned lap swimmers looking for structured workouts.


Benefits: A full-body, low-impact workout that builds strength, boosts cardiovascular health, reduces stress, and supports lifelong fitness.

Beginner Adult Swim Class

Format: 30-minute lessons

Price: $30/Class


This program is designed specifically for adults who are new to swimming or who want to build confidence in the water. Lessons are kept short and focused to make learning approachable and effective. Swimmers work on fundamentals such as floating, breathing, stroke basics, and comfort in the pool.


Who it’s for: Adults with little to no swim experience who want to learn how to swim safely and comfortably at their own pace.


Benefits: Gain confidence in the water, learn essential swimming skills, and build a foundation for fitness and recreation.

Teen Workout Class

Format: 30-minute lessons

Price: $30/Class


The Teen Workout Class is a structured training program designed for young swimmers looking to stay active, improve technique, or complement their involvement in other sports. Sessions focus on stroke development, endurance, and conditioning in a supportive, team-like atmosphere.


Who it’s for: Teen swimmers who can already swim laps and want a consistent, coached workout without the intensity of competitive swim team requirements.


Benefits: Improves fitness, builds strong swim technique, develops discipline, and provides a fun social environment for teens.
